MUM + BABY YOGA BRUNCH
Friday 17 May, 11.30am-1pm, Lifecare Centre Edinburgh, EH4 1JB

Community is at the heart of my pre- and postnatal classes, so I’m delighted to announce I’m running a series of mum + baby yoga brunches.

Join us for the first one on Friday 17 May, 11.30am-1pm at the Lifecare Centre in Stockbridge.

We’ll begin by moving through a nourishing postnatal yoga practice that strengthens your deep core, pelvic floor, glutes and hips, and unravels tension in the shoulders and spine.

We’ll also explore breathing practices that facilitate your recovery and help calm the mind, as well as weave in some songs and movement for baby.

Once we’ve moved, we eat, drink and connect! Brunch will be a delicious, homemade picnic-style spread, refuelling you for the rest of your day.

What’s included:

  • Welcome circle and breathwork

  • A postnatal yoga practice

  • A delicious, nourishing picnic-style brunch with some yummy home-baked treats too.

I’m so excited to announce that I’m hosting my first (mini) retreat since pre-Covid times and I can’t wait to share an afternoon of my favourite practices with you.

We’ll begin by setting our intentions, before moving through an energising and joyful vinyasa flow practice.

After that, we’ll pause for tea, chats, homemade cake and other treats, then drop into a complementary yin yoga sequence (to balance out the yang!), finishing up our afternoon with a deeply soothing and restorative yoga nidra.

You’ll leave feeling refreshed and restored for the season ahead.
