Fern is a mother of two and trained in pre- and post-natal yoga (Nadia Narain & Triyoga), women’s health yoga (Tiffany Cruikshank & Yoga Medicine) and Pelvic Floor Yoga (Leslie Howard), so you can be assured that all of the poses and practices will be accessible and safe for both you and your baby throughout your pregnancy.
