Afternoon Yoga Retreat
Saturday 21 November, 2-5pm,
Lifecare Centre Edinburgh, EH4 1JB

I'm excited to announce that our final afternoon yoga retreat of 2026 is open for booking.

Winter is associated with drawing inward and slowing down, nourishing from within (via food, movement, meditation, even the media we consume) and – like nature around us – conserve our energy for the colder months ahead.

It is also a time of year that can be challenging for various reasons: the busyness of the festive season, challenging family dynamics and lack of sunlight can leave us feeling depleted. It is a time when many of us need to protect our boundaries.

Our practice can support us through this period in so many ways: grounding and anchoring us, restoring our energy, and offering a space for processing and reflection.

Join me on Saturday 21 November, 2-5pm, at the Lifecare Centre in Stockbridge, for an afternoon of practices to designed to support us through the festive season and colder, darker months.

Winter is associated with the water element, kidney and bladder meridians. We want to use our practice to nourish and replenish our Jing, or life force. Practice-wise, we’ll move through a fluid, watery flow that focuses on creating space in the hips and spine.

Then we’ll move into a TCM-informed yin practice that will focus on balancing and nourishing the kidney and bladder meridians (the meridians associated with the water element and season of winter) replenishing our Jing for the season ahead.

Finally, we’ll wind up with Yoga Nidra, aka yogic sleep, a guided meditation done while lying down that brings about a state of deep rest.

Book your spot here, and if you have any questions about whether or not it's suitable just drop me an email.

All props are provided but please feel free to bring your own yoga mat and reusable mug if you have one, and let me know of any dietary requirements upon booking. Tickets are £48, click here book your space.
