A yoga mat and some blocks would be great. Bath towels and cushions also make fantastic props (as do pilates balls and pregnancy pillows!). Some props would be great but we can utilise what you have at home. I’d also highly recommend getting a birth ball.
-
Classes vary from 5-60 minutes in length, so you can practice according to your mood and time available. There are also sections on breathwork and more restorative practices for those days when you’re low on energy.
-
As the whole course is accessible immediately, no refunds can be given. We're sure you'll enjoy the course and this won't be an issue, however, if you do have any questions do get in touch.

You still have potentially 6 more weeks of pregnancy, so no! You’ll get so much from the birth education and preparation section in particular. It’s packed full of breathing techniques and labour and birth positions, as well as lectures on the stages of labour and what to expect, the hormones involved in labour and how to support them so labour unfolds more smoothly, and so much more.
