Private Yoga Sessions

I offer private yoga sessions for students looking for a more personalised approach. These sessions are tailored to your unique needs, allowing time and space to work with injuries, deepen your practice and mind-body connection, and focus on specific goals. Sessions take place in your own home or online via Zoom, and at a time that works for your schedule.

Price List:

  • 1:1 Single Session: £65 (1hr)

  • 1:1 Block of 5*: £275 

  • 2:1 Single Session: £100 (1hr)

  • 2:1 Block of 5*: £450

  • Small group sessions and hen parties: please email me for prices

Office Yoga Sessions

Prior to teaching yoga, I was a journalist and editor for over a decade. Yoga was a key tool in helping me and my team meet tight deadlines under intense print and digital media schedules. I love teaching in the workplace and have worked with clients such as ELLE UK, Heart Magazines, Seven Publishing, Lewis Golden + Co Accountants, Hershesons Hair Salon and more.
